TripAdvisor®, the world's largest travel site*, today announced that it has awarded the Red Coach Inn Historic Bed and Breakfast Hotel the prestigious 2012 "Certificate of Excellence" award.
The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Approximately only 10 percent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
"We are pleased to receive this award from TripAdvisor," said Red Coach Owner Tom Reese. "We strive to offer our customers an historic experience, and this accolade is evidence that our hard work is translating into positive traveler reviews on TripAdvisor." Reese added.
Congratulations to Travis Cunningham of Tonawanda NY, the newest recipient of the Red Coach Inn Scholarship. The Scholarship is awarded twice each year by the Niagara County Community College Foundation.
Thomas Reese, owner of the Red Coach Inn, is an alumnus of Niagara County Community College and resides in Youngstown NY. He and his wife Susanne are long time supporters of Niagara County and are very excited about the new NCCC Culinary, Hospitality and Tourism Center in downtown Niagara Falls NY. Mr. and Mrs. Reese believe that a strong work ethic leveraged with education is the key to a student's future success. They established the Red Coach Inn Scholarship to help students achieve their goals in pursuing a degree in culinary curriculums.
